Site Work Specialists, Inc. is one of the Dakota Region’s most trusted and successful excavating contractors, specializing in earthwork, site development, over-lot grading (mass grading), and utilities.

Site Work Specialists was founded in 1999 by Doug Wilson and Jim Scull. Wilson brings more than 20 years of excavation and utility construction experience to each project. His assets are coupled with Jim Scull’s engineering and construction experience that spans over 38 years. Both of them set the tone for the company and are closely involved with each project, ensuring precise planning, workmanship, safety, and quality performance. Our knowledgeable crew leaders have experience in working under diverse conditions and environments from in-operation airports and hospitals to busy commercial sites and roadways. We have a proven track record of completing large-scale projects including major campuses, subdivisions, and technical installations.
