Stoney Creek’s new apartment site located on the south side of Rapid City, right in the Black Hills of SD, was a massive grading and construction project. The site is set to serve the residents of 16 buildings (with over 1mil square feet of apartment space) with mass grading, water, sanitary & storm sewer, utilities, water, and street construction.
